I'd really like to hear what people think about this sample form.

Awesome. Great extension of your form letter. I love how large and friendly the screen is. Easy to tab, etc. Easy to understand.

If you'd like me to test drive it, as you go, I'd be happy to do it. A couple of things right away:

1. On your reply (above) you have an unnecessary partial sentence ("I'd really like to hear what").
2. When I put in payment option of "$45 per 4-session course," it gave me "$45 per 4-session course per hour." Since a lot of people get paid weekly, bi-weekly, by-the-project, etc, it's not useful to have "per hour" be a default."

It's really beautiful. One other suggestion, though -- at least for now. A lot of law firms already have software that handle stuff they do, with legal language, etc, so you might want to stay away from the "legal documents" language -- at least for now. The reason I say at least for now is that I see a real possibility of your program being THE basis for dedicated commercial software. I imagine you're already thought of this, but just a comment.

Anyway, any kind of testing that you think would be helpful would be my pleasure.

I made the change about the "per hour" part; user now supplies this part.

Thanks for those nice

Thanks for those nice words!

Looks like i should remove the hardcoded "per hour" part, will do.

Yeah i was just experimenting with legal docs part since they seem an obvious case where you might tweak and mix and match sections.

I am having so much fun coding it.. If I could find a company that would be interested in actually using it for commercial purposes and could fund some more development, i'd like to spend more time on it.

ps. the annoying sentence fragment at the top of each comment is actually drupal creating a subject for the comment from the first few words of it.
